Program helps older community members to stay in their homes and live an independent life for as long as possible. Services are tailored to individual clients’ needs. Program run by the Polish Community Council of Victoria.

Program provides a range of entry-level aged care services for people aged over 65 who need assistance to keep living independently at home and in their community.

The Social System Development Program and the Community Visitors Scheme support people aged 65 and over living in their homes or nursing homes by providing volunteer company.

Program provides people aged under 65, who have permanent and significant disability, with funding for supports and services in their communities.

Our Respite house „Rose Cottage” offers short and long stays for those who want to rest and enjoy the natural beauty of the Mornington Peninsula.
