Polish Community Council of Victoria receives funding from the Commonwealth Department of Social Services to provide the HCP Program which is facilitated by the coordinator and professionally-trained staff – personal care workers.

Social Support Groups and Social Support Individual are supported by funding from the Commonwealth and State under the CHSP and HACC.
