Polish Community Care Services Inc. (PCCS) is pleased to offer quality services that are responsive to the cultural, linguistic, spiritual, sexuality and gender diversity needs of clients through a brokerage model. The well-established Premium Home Care Services program (brokerage) is designed to assist frail aged and disabled people of Polish background to remain living independently in their own homes.
We are dedicated to providing quality services provided by professional staff. High level qualifications, excellent training programs and extensive work experience distinguish our staff members. All of our PCWs have Certificate III and/or IV in Aged Care; a current Police Check and First Aid Certificate. They are native Polish speakers and they provide culturally and linguistically appropriate care in areas such as respite, personal care, home care, shopping and transport services for clients. We may also offer package coordination management as well as gardening or home maintenance services.

Our Premium Home Care Services program (brokerage) has been developed to satisfy and complement different needs of the other providers. We can offer flexible packages at very reasonable rates with some initial rebates. People of Polish background currently receiving HCPs from other providers, can ask their providers to hire Polish Carers from the PCCS. Our organisation can fulfill these requests and provide quality services at competitive prices. We are here to serve.
